David Ashcraft served as the Senior Pastor of LCBC Church for 32 years. Under his leadership, LCBC grew from one location with a weekly attendance of 150 people to 19 locations across Pennsylvania with a combined weekly average attendance of over 25,000. After completing leadership succession at LCBC in 2022, David led the effort to launch The Advantage. David also serves as President of the Global Leadership Network and is on the board of the National Association of Evangelicals. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University, as well as a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.

David and his wife, Ruth, currently live in Lititz. They have two grown adult children and two grandchildren.
