One of the most important responsibilities
of every pastor is to develop leaders. Yet
most churches don’t have a clear process
for intentionally developing leaders. When
leaders do emerge from churches, it is often
by accident. In this workshop, we’ll discuss
how to build a leadership development
culture and create systems that turn
potential leaders into skilled leaders.
